Thanks for checking out the Web page of the University Church of Christ, currently meeting for Sunday morning worship at 10 a.m. at W.T. Woodson High School (9525 Main Street in Fairfax, Entrance #7). UCC is a congregation of New Testament believers in Jesus Christ, striving to follow his teachings (more below).
The Christians at UCC believe the teachings of Jesus and the apostles on baptism into Christ for the forgiveness of sins, which creates an individual, eternal relationship with God. We look to the Bible for instructions on relationships, church organization, individual Christian conduct and the church's role in our community. We believe Jesus’ disciples must be committed to his command to tell others about the Savior (Matt. 28:18). As disciples of Jesus our goal is to be known by our love for each other (John 13:35).
