Welcome

Thanks for checking out the Web page of the University Church of Christ, currently meeting for Sunday morning worship at 10 a.m. at Frost Middle School (4101 Pickett Road in Fairfax). UCC is a congregation of New Testament believers in Jesus Christ, striving to follow his teachings (more below).

This is an exciting period UCC, as we will be moving our Sunday assembly to nearby W.T. Woodson High School (9525 Main Street in Fairfax) in January. Our new meeting space, easily accessible from Woodson's Entrance #7, will be more user friendly, more conducive to worship and fellowship. Stay tuned for more information as the date approaches. We've been blessed during our stay at Frost and thank the staff there for hosting us over the years. We look forward to a new chapter in our congregational journey with the move to Woodson.

The Christians at UCC believe the teachings of Jesus and the apostles on baptism into Christ for the forgiveness of sins, which creates an individual, eternal relationship with God. We look to the Bible for instructions on relationships, church organization, individual Christian conduct and the church's role in our community. We believe Jesus’ disciples must be committed to his command to tell others about the Savior (Matt. 28:18). As disciples of Jesus our goal is to be known by our love for each other (John 13:35).

Please check our other meeting times and locations and come join us. It'll change your life!
